· Specialists can file your returns electronically
· For best results please bring Proof of Identification, your W‐2, 1099 or any other current year tax information to fill in your form and a copy of your last year’s tax return (if available)
Other information which may be required, including:
· Social Security Cards for you, your spouse, and dependents and/or a Social Security Number verification letter issued by the Social Security Administration
· Proof of health insurance coverage
· Birthdates for you, your spouse, and dependents listed on the tax return
· Bank routing numbers and account numbers for Direct Deposit
