It is important for the Bryan Place community, for properties such as the one at 832 Pavilion, to have such a nice colorful appeal to all the viewers who pass by wishing they could live in our neighborhood . October 2010 Yard of the Month belongs to Cotton Mendenhall who has such a property. A wide variety of plantings set by large boulders at the corners, provides a lush, colorful appeal in the front as well as along the winding trail that leads up to the front door, a very quaint and charming entrance.
