November 2010 Yard of the Month at 3228 San Jacinto has provided seasonal color in its rich landscape for months.  Rose bushes and red fountain grasses flank the corners of the porch and the colored black mulch enhances the beauty of this season’s colored plantings of red, orange and yellow.

This property has such a nice curb appeal from the color of the paint and brick with matching burgundy leafed plantings and the magnificent magnolia at the corner of the home.  What a wonderful manicured property to have in our Bryan Place.

Thank you, Patrick Giordano, for maintaining such a nice landscape for all of us to enjoy.

Tip of the month:  While you are trimming your trees, have the mistletoe removed.  It will eventually kill your tree.
