Gabriela and Jarrett Reed, our Secretary and Zoning board members respectively, revived and replaced the landscaping when they moved to their home at the corner of Spenwick and Basil. They have created several relaxing seating areas on both streets, as well as their second floor deck.
Gabby told me that they added a little height in the corners of the patio bed with Japanese yews. In between the trees evergreen kaleidoscope abelias, and giant liriope grass were added. Between their patio and the street they placed large moss boulders surrounded by a mix of giant Iiriope grass with annual and perennial color.
