The first Yard of the Month for the new year 2010, is located at 816 Pavilion. This landscape has caught my eye for awhile now on how neat and clean it is being kept.
Various colors of pansies provide punches of color in a single pot on one side and follows the circular rock border on the other side, along with potted sago palms flanking each side of the entry way. The uplighting also gives us a wonderful nightscape and the neatly designed balcony rounds out the overall curb appeal of this landscape.
Thanks go out to Joel Gilahng for maintaining this property for all of us to enjoy. Properties such as this help promote our neighborhood’s property values for which it stays a desirable neighborhood to live.
Tip of the month: The best month to prune roses is this month and plants also get thirsty in the winter time so be sure to water them periodically.
