Nick Bednarz and Melissa Dunlop at 1507 McCoy have been nominated by a neighbor for Yard of the Month because they totally revived their yard. Prior to their efforts the yard was unkept, with bad grass and weeds, and no seasonal plants. Their neighbor observed them working nearly daily to improve the yard. As you can see, their efforts have paid off.
