Bryan Place had an emergency in March that reminds us how important parking is, especially in the interior streets.

There was a car fire that occurred one afternoon when most residents were not at home.

Fortunately the streets weren’t crowded with parked cars. But as you can see in the photo above, the street is barely wide enough for fire trucks to navigate.

So please keep this in mind when you and your guests are parking in our neighborhood.

Members of the board met with Gigliola Aguilera, owner of Joyce and Gigi’s about parking complaints the board received.  She informed her valet parking company of the issues such as blocking access to Hall Street and speeding that was reported.

Hopefully we can all work together to be good neighbors.
