As you may have read in the Dallas Morning News, Oncor is planning to trim trees throughout the city in order to minimize tree related outages. Oncor has informed us that their Vegetation Management Program will perform maintenance tree pruning directed by certified arborists and degreed foresters working with experienced line‐clearance crews.
The board has signed up for email updates, including the area(s) Oncor plans to trim each month so that we can share that information with the neighborhood when it affects us. We have also contacted Oncor requesting a Community Representative to attend a neighborhood meeting in order to answer questions regarding their Vegetation Management Program.
