Bungalow Beach has been in the news lately, and not because they’ve been a good neighbor to Bryan Place; quite the opposite. The problems reported at Bungalow Beach this year (e.g. trespassing in Bryan Place, fights in the street, alleged gun fire, etc.) have brought to the forefront a rising concern about the businesses that are coming into the Ross Avenue corridor and the perceived lack of regulation or vetting.
There are neighborhood leaders from multiple properties in Bryan Place that are working to schedule a meeting with Dallas City Councilman Philip Kingston to allow an open flow of discussion with the entire community.
