Woodard Paint And Body Shop is selling their property between Ross Avenue and Rosedale Avenue to apartment builder, Trammel Crow Residential.
The developer has requested approval to replat nearly 3.7 acres into one lot for a new rental community. This would be the second new apartment development near Bryan Place since the Icon opened last year.
To our knowledge, this has no impact on the agreement made with the Woodards for land use in accordance with PD-298 and the BPNA board has no objections thus far.
