D.R. Horton confirmed it was still in the “Pre-Sale” stage of their planned town-home community next to Exall Park.
Renderings have not been released yet, but company representatives confirmed initial designs show “transitional style” town-homes, equipped with high-end finishes and rooftop decks.
Pricing is expected to start in the mid 300’s.

High-volume builder D.R. Horton is working on a small project just east of downtown Dallas
