Tom Metcalfe, the developer of the lot across from Exall Park known to Bryan Place as Silver Oaks, indicated the permits to develop on the site have been temporarily shelved while they work out details on the financing.
But they expect to have it all approved and to start turning dirt on the townhomes within the next 60 days.
