The lot between Bryan and Covent across from the Exall Park recreation center was originally cleared for 54 town homes to be developed, and after a brief plan to create senior housing was scrapped, the town homes went back on the agenda.
The BPNA board was told construction was to begin last June, and eventually permits were requested in October 2012, but no longer appear on the City of Dallas permit website. We believe they were cancelled or denied.
Currently there is general street repair going on at the lot. The board is still making attempts to contact the developer to get a definitive answer as to what the next plan will be.
