Dallas Morning News recently ran an article that developer Trammel Crow is close to beginning the development of a suburban style shopping center on the land now occupied by ACS (Haskell & N75) – North/East Corner.
Many local residents were shocked at the news as the “vision” provided previously by Trammel Crow was a mixed‐use area containing retail, restaurants, and residential units, much like the West Village. City Plan Commission members voted to delay the Sam’s Club development plan proceeding until July 24th to provide additional time for review.
