Trammel Crow Co has partnered with Metropolitan Life to develop a two‐tower complex at the northwest corner of Pearl Street and Woodall Rodgers (where the Chase motor bank sits today).
The mixed‐use development will contain 275 luxury apartments, 513,000 sq/ft of ofϐice space, and ground floor retail. The addition will add even more activity, density, and interest to the nearby arts district.
