In accordance with PD 298, Kelfer Muffler shop at Haskell near Ross Avenue has moved its location elsewhere.
The shop was in violation of PD 298 and the board stayed on top of the issue to ensure guidelines were followed.
Though not related to PD 298 ordinances, the unsightly market at Ashby and Ross has closed, just weeks after the demolition of Orta Parte night club next door.
