The hearing before the City of Dallas Planning Commission to create a sub-district for Hinga Automotive has been delayed again. The original hearing was expected in February, then March 7. But it was not on the March 7 agenda.
The next opportunity would be March 21.
In a message sent to the BPNA board, the owner claims to have a signed petition in support of his request. The board will send out an alert when and if the hearing is to take place in order to allow those for or against the request to attend and voice their opinions.
As reported previously the BPNA board is not in favor of any change to PD-298.
