Dallas ISD is considering consolidating its administrative departments, possibly including its 3700 Ross location, to the 20 story Pacific Place high-rise downtown (1910 Pacific Ave).
This building is on the same block as the historic Majestic Theater.
If 3700 Ross avenue is eventually vacated and sold, exciting redevelopment and/or re-purposed uses could be a future reality for this building.
