Stoneleigh Companies has acquired the land and announced the development of One Dallas, a mixed‐use, high‐rise tower at the northeast corner of McKinney and Routh – across the street from the new Gabiels/Whole Foods. One Dallas will include approx 20,000 sq/ft retail space and 200 apartment units in a 20‐story tower.
