More exciting development was recently announced by our near-neighbors in Deep Ellum.
The city approved 3.5 million dollars to accompany a 18.5 million redo of an area, largely confined to the 2600 and 2700 blocks of Main Street, between Good-Latimer Expressway and Crowdus Street, with connections to Elm and Commerce.
The developer is attempting to maintain the historic buildings and “feel” of Deep Ellum, while improving for new businesses.
