Mike was born and raised in central Connecticut. Before moving to Dallas in 2012, he lived in Charlotte, NC, Iowa City, IA, and St. Louis, MO.
He received his Ph.D. in Economics in 2012 before beginning a career as an Economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas.
He has served on the neighborhood’s board since November of 2014. His hobbies include riding his bike and traveling.
