Hi, Residents. Thanks for all your help with the Spring Cleaning project. The event was very successful in that a lot of items were collected for the Genesis Shelter. We donated lots of gently used goods that were taken to the Genesis Benefits store. Battered women clients of the Shelter can shop free at the store.
In the coming months, the Board will be working on updating the Bylaws, which have become somewhat outdated with the current operations. For example, we no longer have a Recreation Committee. As soon as the Board reaches agreement on changes, we will provide you a written copy of the proposed changes, along with a summary of the changes as a Newsletter insert. A vote at one of the General Meetings will follow. Stay tuned.
