To answer that question, consider just what makes a great neighborhood. Ask any of the 1500 people living in Bryan Place and you will get many different answers.
Bryan Place has many qualities that make it a good neighborhood, such as close proximity to many of Dallas’ gems, outdoor activities at Exall Park or nearby Klyde Warren Park or Main Street Gardens, and other important qualities of a desirable neighborhood.
It’s family-friendly, walkable, accessible to public transportation, near dining and shopping, entertainment and nightlife.
Clearly, Bryan Place has the making of a great neighborhood, but, to be a truly great neighborhood, there is one thing that we absolutely must have – Involvement from neighborhood residents. One of the most important steps that you can take to support your neighborhood is to join the Bryan Place Neighborhood Association. The all-volunteer BPNA is recognized by City of Dallas leaders as an important representative of our interests in the community.
BPNA is a standout among Dallas Neighborhood Associations. Additionally, the few dollars you contribute to stand with your neighbors in BPNA allows the association to maintain common-area landscaping, host neighborhood events, and provide this monthly newsletter.
Our goal in 2016 is to raise membership participation to at least 50% of the households in Bryan Place. In 2015 only 25% of households were members of the BPNA. To strengthen this organization, your neighbors need your help. As you are out and about enjoying Spring weather, talk to your neighbors about joining BPNA with you.
During the month of March, every new member referred by a BPNA Member will provide an entry into March Membership Madness for both the new and referring member. Through a random drawing from these entries, BPNA Members will win
· Tickets to a Luxury Suite at American Airlines Center for a Dallas Mavericks game,
· Tickets to the Duck Commander 500 at Texas Motor Speedway on April 9th, or
· A gift card to Texas Land & Cattle Steak House.
