Members, we have had a great year so far. Despite the rain this month, we had a respectable turn-out for our October General Meeting. At that meeting, we passed the proposed changes to our Bylaws. They will remain posted on the website for your reference.
Also at the meeting, Jose Ruiz, our neighborhood code oficer spoke to the neighborhood about his role in helping us keep the neighborhood clean and presentable. He reported that most of the neighbors have done a great job in trimming the trees to enable fire truck passage through our narrow streets. Many thanks to those of you who have taken care if this issue. The trees look great! No harsh trimming or disigurement of the trees as some feared.
However, there are still about 17 households that have yet to take care of the trimming. Jose or one of his associates will be making personal contact if you still have trimming to do.
Please make plans to attend our annual Holiday party on Dec. 6! That will be a great opportunity to celebrate the end of a great year and enjoy the company of your neighbors. See you then!
