As I mentioned at our short General Meeting in April, it is the Board’s intention conduct a complete review of the Bylaws to bring them up‐to‐date with our current practices. The review also provides an opportunity to improve the organization’s function.
A Bylaws Committee has been formed to write the update. You will have an opportunity to provide feedback to the Committee during the rewrite and to consider the final language before voting. Committee members are Judy Jacobs, Gaye Maris, Gary Mitchel, Jim Rogers, and Wayne Smith. Feel free to give your comments to any one of them or to me as we progress.
