There are many exciting things happening in and around Bryan Place. It may be that the City Lights retail development across from the Latino Cultural Center may materialize after all. Greystar has reacquired the space previously consolidated by Matt Malouf. We hope to arrange a meeting between the Board and Greystar representatives in March to learn what is now being proposed. But our understanding is that there will be retail space in the area.
If the development is likely to occur now, we will try to bring the representatives to the General Meeting in May. This will give each of you a chance to hear directly what’s being planned and have an opportunity to ask questions. I know that we have had expectations raised before, so we are cautiously optimistic about new plans.
