The Board needs your help and active involvement on several important issues that are coming up within the next few months.
First, our goal for membership this year was 200 residents. That’s only about a fourth of our potential members, and we’re still short about 28 members. So it would be great if you would encourage your close neighbors who may not be members to enroll for the small fee of $50 for one year.
The good news is that when our new bylaws pass, your membership lasts for 12 months from enrollment rather than the calendar year. So that’s an incentive to take the leap and enroll now.
Also, Chris Clawson, our Membership Chair has decided not to continue as Membership Chair next year. Chris has done a wonderful job in the post, and we need someone to step up and continue our drive for increased membership. If you would like to be more involved in your neighborhood, please let one of the Board members know of you interest in serving next year.
