Update on draft bylaws changes: Our Bylaws Committee, composed of Judy Jacobs, Gaye Maris, Gary Mitchell , Jim Rogers and Wayne Smith, have completed their work. The draft was forwarded to the Board, and the Board gave their approval for a final vote by the general membership in October.
If you want input into the changes, it is very important that you go to the members site at www.bryanplace.net and review the draft document. (If you need a printed copy, please call Cotton Mendenhall or me.) If you have comments on the changes, please notify one of the Board members on or before AUG. 15. Because all members must be made aware of changes before the meeting at which the membership votes, no amendments will be taken from the floor at the general meeting.
