It’s that time of year again. Your annual neighborhood association dues for 2012 are due.
For those who have already paid and others who pay by April 30th, your name will be entered in drawing for a chance to win fabulous prizes like gym, wine, and restaurant certificates. But we are all winners when we pay our dues because it helps keep Bryan Place a safe and wonderful place to live by maintaining common areas, social events, monthly newsletters, a voice at city hall, and much more.
This year we will be publishing a neighborhood directory as well. If you have not paid yet, please do so by sending in the form on page 6 or online at www.bryanplace.org. Winners of the prizes will be announced after the General Meeting this spring.
