The Bryan Place Neighborhood Association board held their monthly meeting on Monday, May 6th.
The board discussed lessons learned from April’s general meeting. Zoning issues included the board’s authority to approve certain requests for home modifications and the approval of a variance request by McDonald’s on Gaston Avenue.
