The new 2013 Bryan Place Neighborhood Association held their first monthly board meeting for this year on Monday, January 7th.
Several issues impacting the neighborhood were discussed including crime, zoning, and landscaping.
The board approved motions to adopt the 2013 budget and oppose the request by Hinga Auto Repair to the City of Dallas for the creation of a sub-district which would allow them to extend their stay on Ross.

The next monthly board meeting will be on Monday, February, 4, 2013 at 7PM, held at the pool club house at 3030 Adolph Street. Anyone can attend.
